Schedule your exam when it's convenient for you
Choose your exam date and time. A live proctor will oversee your PeopleCert exam.
PeopleCert
You can use the online remote proctor service for PRINCE2®, PRINCE2 Agile®, MSP®, MoP®, P3O®, M_o_R® and ITIL®. Following the purchase of your training course, we’ll email you within 48 hours with an invitation to register on the PeopleCert portal. Once you’re set up, you can book your exam for a date and time that works best for you.
For open book exams, you can only use the official hard copy books or e-books from VitalSource, but the e-books must be accessed on a separate device.
On the day of your exam
Please ensure:
You have the required ID available to show the proctor.
Where applicable provide evidence of any required pre-requisites.
You’re the only person in the room throughout the exam.
There is adequate light, but none directed towards the camera.
Your desk is clean.
Simple and convenient
Close applications that may affect the exam, e.g.web browsers, chats.

PeopleCert for Windows
You can take your PeopleCert exams on Windows, including ITIL 4 Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation, and others.
System requirements:
- Windows® 11, 10, 8.1, 8 (10S not supported)
- Dual-core 2.4GHz CPU with 2GB RAM
- Broadband internet (at least 4Mbps)
- 15" monitor, 1024 × 768 resolution
- Speakers and microphone (headsets only during onboarding)
- Keyboard and mouse (keyboard in English)
- Single rotatable web camera (no mobile phones)
